Processing
Orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern on a business day typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days. Orders placed later, on weekends or on US holidays begin processing the next business day. High-volume periods can add a few days; if an order will ship later than stated, we will email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Methods and rates
Standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail or equivalent) typically arrives 3–5 business days after dispatch and is free on orders of $200.00 or more after discounts. Expedited shipping (1–2 business days in transit) is available at checkout. Every order ships with tracking, and a tracking link is emailed when the label is created.
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Packaging and temperature
Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product names on the outside. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) products are stable at ambient temperature for normal transit times. During warm months or when extended transit is expected, we may add insulated packaging and cold packs at no additional cost.
Addresses and P.O. boxes
Please check your shipping address carefully. We can change an address only before the shipping label is created. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout; reshipment costs for returned or misdirected orders are the buyer's responsibility.
Standard shipping can be delivered to P.O. boxes. Expedited shipping cannot, because those carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or tracking stops updating, email support@dreambodi.co within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of the package and contents. For packages lost in transit, we will file a carrier claim and send a replacement once the claim is confirmed.
Once tracking shows an order as delivered, responsibility passes to the buyer. We will still help you open a claim with the carrier.
