Affiliate Program Terms

Joining

Applicants must be 21 or older. Every application is reviewed and may be approved or declined at our discretion. Approved affiliates receive a personal referral link and code.

How credit works

You earn credit for paid orders placed through your referral link or with your code. Link referrals are remembered for the attribution window shown in your dashboard; if a customer later uses another affiliate's link or code, the most recent one receives credit.

You cannot earn commission or a discount on your own orders, orders placed for you, or orders from your own household. Orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back earn no commission.

Commission

Commission is a fixed amount per unit sold. Each vial counts as one unit, and kits count every vial they contain. Your rate depends on your sales tier or an individually agreed rate, both shown in your dashboard. We may change rates or tiers with 30 days' notice; changes don't affect commissions already earned.

Customer discount

Your code may give customers a discount. The amount is set by us, can differ by affiliate, and may change.

Payouts

Commissions become payable after the holding period shown in your dashboard, so refunds can be accounted for. Payable balances above the minimum payout are paid monthly by the method on file. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings; US affiliates must provide a W-9 before payment, and we issue 1099 forms where required.

Content rules

Everything you publish about Dream Bodi is treated as our marketing, so these rules are strict. You must not: make claims that any product treats, cures, prevents or improves any condition, or affects weight, hair, skin, muscle, sleep, mood or any other aspect of the body; give dosing, preparation, injection or usage guidance; post before/after content or personal results; describe products as suitable for human or animal use; compare products to approved medications; or present yourself as speaking for Dream Bodi.

Research products must always be described as for laboratory research use only. Cosmetic-grade products may only be described by appearance, never by effect on the body.

You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission (for example "#ad" or "I earn a commission from this link") wherever you share your link or code, as required by the FTC. No spam, no misleading or fake reviews, no bidding on Dream Bodi brand terms in paid search, and no posting codes on coupon sites without permission.

Ending the partnership

Either side may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate an affiliate immediately for breaking these terms, and unpaid commissions on orders connected to a violation are forfeited.

Relationship and liability

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents or partners of Dream Bodi LLC. You are responsible for your own content and agree to indemnify us against claims arising from it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State].
